To all employees and former employees who completed, or will be completing, attestation forms for the Health Care Worker (HCW) Bonuses for Vesting Period III:
Catholic Charities Family and Community Services will be submitting our list of all eligible employees through the HCW Bonus portal by close-of-business on May 1st, 2023. All attestation forms must be received on or before April 24th, so they can be processed in a timely manner.
After that time, it will be up to New York state to review the list and approve employee’s eligibility. There is no indication as to how long it may take for NYS to make their determination but once they do, CCFCS should receive a lump sum payment for everyone who has been approved to receive bonus money. We then have 30 days to distribute individual payments to all eligible employees. We appreciate your patience as we wait for the state to approve these bonuses.
