Rochester, NY (July 24, 2025) – Tickets are on sale now for Catholic Charities Family and Community Services (CCFCS) inaugural Blue and White Luncheon: Stories of Resilience, featuring Keynote Speaker Katy Eberts. Eberts is a beloved Rochester musician best known for her unique combination of musical talent and baking skills. Despite a life-altering accident that initially left her paralyzed, Katy’s journey of resilience and perseverance led her to reclaim her independence and inspire others with her #KatyStrong spirit. Driven by her “Eat the Cake” philosophy, Katy’s story is a testament to resilience and the power of embracing life and living fearlessly. Many of these same qualities are found in the more than 25,000 people served by the programs and services of Catholic Charities Family and Community Services.
