For children, adults, seniors and families who face the hardships and challenges of aging, mental illness, substance use, HIV, poverty, intellectual and developmental disabilities, family resettlement, and more – across a twelve-county region from Lake Ontario to the Southern Tier – Catholic Charities Family and Community Services is the go-to community resource.

We offer a diverse portfolio of welcoming, safe, high-quality direct support programs and services, delivered by a committed and experienced team, with the highest level of competence, care and compassion.
