Rochester, NY (June 1, 2026) – Catholic Charities Family and Community Services (CCFCS) is pleased to announce the keynote speaker for the second annual Blue and White Luncheon: Stories of Resilience this September. Guests will be inspired by the very moving story of longtime Rochester TV journalist Doug Emblidge. For over four decades, Doug was a familiar and trusting voice in Rochester homes as a reporter and anchor at 13WHAM-TV. He now works as a client advisor at Alesco Advisors in Pittsford while serving on several nonprofit boards, emceeing local fundraising events, and advocating for a variety of community causes. Doug and his wife Coleen call Canandaigua home, where they raised their three children and now enjoy life with four grandchildren. At this year's Blue and White Luncheon, Doug will tell us about his family's story of love, hope, loss, and resilience.
